Business Diagnostics Online (BDO) is a 7-module course introducing Business Diagnostics (BD), a unique framework for evaluating the current health of a business. The key players in this rolling case study adaptation of the original content are: John Marston, CEO of Marston Control Devices Inc., and Erika Bertolucci, a former commercial banker and consultant.
In this course, the learner is introduced to the BD approach and, concurrently, follows a case study in which Erika mentors John as he learns how to apply the BD approach. The goal is to develop a clearly defined, strategic road-map, essential as Marston Control Devices, Inc. seeks financing for expansion.
This course includes audio, video, and an eBook; the latter is used as a workbook and also as a complete illustration at the end of the course. NetLearn adapted the publication “Business Diagnostics”, by Michael Thompson and Richard Mimick, to create the course.
